4. Orders and Payment

4.1 Order Process

All orders are subject to acceptance by Mechatron Solar. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion. Orders are confirmed in writing and may be subject to credit approval and technical feasibility review.

All prices are quoted in US dollars unless otherwise specified. Prices are subject to change without notice. Payment terms will be specified in individual purchase agreements and may include:

4.3 Delivery and Risk of Loss

Delivery terms will be specified in individual purchase agreements. Risk of loss transfers to the buyer upon delivery. Mechatron Solar is not responsible for delays caused by factors beyond our reasonable control.

5. Warranties and Disclaimers

5.1 Product Warranties

Mechatron Solar provides the following warranties for its solar tracking systems:

• 20-year limited product warranty covering material defects and workmanship
• Performance warranty as specified in individual purchase agreements
• 99.9% uptime guarantee under normal operating conditions
• Warranty coverage subject to proper installation and maintenance

5.2 Warranty Limitations

Warranties do not cover damage resulting from:

6. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, MECHATRON SOLAR'S LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIMS ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO THESE TERMS, OUR PRODUCTS, OR SERVICES SHALL NOT EXCEED THE TOTAL AMOUNT PAID BY YOU FOR THE SPECIFIC PRODUCTS OR SERVICES GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM.

IN NO EVENT SHALL MECHATRON SOLAR BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR USE, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

Installation of Mechatron Solar tracking systems must be performed by qualified professionals in accordance with:

• Local building codes and regulations
• Electrical safety standards
• Mechatron Solar installation guidelines
• Industry best practices for solar installations

Failure to follow proper installation procedures may void warranties and create safety hazards. Mechatron Solar provides training programs and technical support to ensure proper installation.
